Where sports meet therapy
Our philosophy and vision is based on a multidisciplinary therapy approach where the ultimate goal is transitioning your child to community based inclusive activities. We strive to ensure that your child has fun during all treatment sessions incorporating sports based and preferred activities to motivate and engage your child throughout their episode of care.

Torticollis is a shortening of one side of the neck which can manifest from a variety of causes. Torticollis is very treatable with the condition typically fully resolving by the toddler years. Torticollis treatment includes activities to strengthen and elongate the muscles of the neck all while facilitating symmetry during normal development.
Physical Therapy treatment for children who walk on their toes will first work to identify the cause of the toe walking with interventions including strengthening, muscle elongation techniques, gait training, and functional mobility training for the purposes of improving walking mechanics, prevention of secondary bone and joint injury to the lower limbs, and facilitating safe participation with peers.
Physical therapy for children after a sports related injury will focus on restoring strength and function in order to return to sport as soon as possible with an emphasis on prevention of re-injury.
Serial casting is a process used to improve range of motion in a child’s leg or arm by applying and removing a series of lightweight casts which lengthen the muscle over time. Serial casting is not painful as the process is gradual and comfortable. The serial casting process typically lasts 4 – 6 weeks with the child having minimal restrictions during process.
This form of therapy refers to PT services that are provided in a warm pool using the unique properties of water including buoyancy and resistance to achieve therapy goals. The aquatic environment enhances interventions for children with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular/pulmonary conditions in a gentle yet fun and active way. Children who may benefit from Aquatic PT include but are not limited to those who have cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spinal muscular atrophy, generalized weakness, or cardiovascular disorders.
We can provide physical therapy for children with diagnoses of Developmental Delay, Autism, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis, Developmental Coordination Disorder, Metabolic Disorders, and congenital hypotonia. We will focus on improving strength, joint mobility, coordination, balance, and functional mobility in a structured, safe, and fun environment.
