We look for positive role models who love working with kids and can provide enthusiasm, constant encouragement, and positive reinforcement to every child. At Schafer, we believe that you can train someone to teach a sport but can’t train them to nurture others.

We offer competitive pay, company parties/team activities, staff clothing, and an employee discount program, along with ongoing professional development. All staff members receive safety training, and we also provide CPR and first-aid certifications.

Instructors complete a series of trainings and are mentored by experienced teachers before they can run a class independently.
