Your child will jump to new heights while gaining strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence through gymnastics. We offer a variety of fun and challenging activities provided with expert guidance and instruction from lively, enthusiastic and encouraging teachers.

Class ratio 1:6. This class is geared towards our early intervention age range of 2 years to the young 3 year olds that have been newly diagnosed. This class is most appropriate for students that require heavier support in order to manage participating in a recreational class environment. Our long-term goal is to work towards independent participation when/if appropriate. This is a half hour class that requires parent participation and support as we work through sensory processing and behavior management.
Class ratio 1:6. There is no age restriction with this class, however we do try to ensure that the age range and abilities are closely aligned so that there is appropriate peer-to-peer modeling. Students can range from an older 3 to 13 based on their needs, as this class is most appropriate for students that require heavier support in order to manage participating in a recreation class environment. Our long-term goal is to work towards independent participation when/if appropriate. This is a half hour class.
Pre-School Transition classes
Class ratio 1:4. This class is structured for ages 3-5 yrs that have demonstrated a level of independence that don’t require additional support in order to manage the class and instruction. They can wait turns, sit independently without running away, and follow basic instructions. This is a half hour class. The class is half an hour with the goal of increasing to 45 min. once we determine if behaviors can support a longer class time.
Class ratio 1:6. This class is structured for ages 5-8 yrs that have demonstrated a level of independence that don’t require additional support in order to manage the class and instruction. They can wait turns, sit independently without running away, and follow basic instructions. We also focus on social skills and appropriate interaction with classmates in addition to developing more challenging skill set based on their level and ability. This is a 45 min. class, but there are times when the class may need to end a few min. early based on behaviors.
Advanced Developmental Skills
Class ratio 1:8. The students in this class have demonstrated that they can handle very challenging skill sets, but may still need help with appropriate social skills or may need instruction facilitated differently so they can be successful. This is most suited for athletes that transition to our typical class programs or to our Special Olympics team training program. The age ranges from 7-18 and is a 45-60 min. long class based on behaviors.
Early Intervention classes
Class ratio 1:6. This class is most appropriate for toddlers ages 2-3. We work to provide support and basic instruction to families and students that are newly diagnosed with special needs or for those students that still require assisted support. This class is a half an hour and will focus on movement, appropriate behaviors, gross motor skills, and simple instruction ques. The goal is to build on to beginner skills sets that will set students up for success as they progress through the class levels.
Social Skills Play
This program will focus on facilitating appropriate social play with peers. We will provide the support and tools needed for how to play games, have simple conversations and how to interact.
This class is designed for students age 9-12 that love to bounce. The students are independent and no parent support is required as long as behaviors are appropriate. This is a 35 min. class that will focus on a range of fun and safe trampoline skills as well as teach how to manage in a group class with specific instruction.
Young Adult Trampoline
The age range for the is class is 13 and up and will give young adults the opportunity to not only have fun learning trampoline skills but also allow for peer socialization. This is a 45 min. long class.
Young Adult Tramp-n-Stretch
We combine a half hour of Trampoline and a half hour of stretching to give our older young adults from 18 years and up the chance to learn movement and exercise in a fun and exciting way. This is a class for those that don’t require parent support. This is a 60 min. class that will also support the peer social component of growing up.
Therapeutic Family Yoga
This is a class that’s fun and therapeutic and provides an opportunity to bond with your child in a new way. You and your child get to spend time together outside of your regular regimens and routines that can be so demanding and exhausting. In this class, you’ll get to deepen your connection with your child by being playful together. There’s no getting it right or wrong as you practice gentle movement, breathing and attending to your own needs, as well as your child’s. There are also fun, active yoga games and activities you’ll do that are bonding, energizing and soothing, too. At the end of each class, you’’ll leave with movements, poses and games that you can do together at home that are soothing, and that help diminish difficult behaviors and shift dynamics that can be challenging for the whole family.
