Bullying can cripple critical aspects of a child’s development. Verbal, Physical and Cyber Bullying can destroy a student’s grades, confidence, and desire to participate in extracurricular activities. Children/Teens today must learn the essential life skill of dealing with bullies appropriately. Our 8 Week Bully Defense Intro Course will teach students:
• Body Language when Communicating with Bully
• Speaking with Confidence
• Verbal Diversions
• Last Resort Self Defense Techniques Against Strikes, Holds, and Grappling

Our Kids Kung Fu/SILAT classes are designed to increase fitness levels, teach discipline and practical self-defense techniques while learning the fundamentals of Shaolin Kung Fu and SILAT.

Muay Thai boxing is a martial art accessible to people of all ages, including children (girls and boys). Youngsters will benefit enormously from the inevitable physical and mental improvements. Muay Thai boxing will improve your child’s self-confidence and self-awareness. As well as keep them quick and agile, healthy and strong.

Our youth wrestling program is perfect for children 5-12 years old. Our goal is to introduce the children and parents to the sport of wrestling, as well as provide a competitive and fun environment for kids. Youth Wrestling at SEAMAA teaches kids to be disciplined, to have team unity, and to show good sportsmanship in and out of our club. It’s an instructional program that emphasizes on building your kid’s confidence while getting fit. There is no need for previous experience in wrestling for your children to participate with this program.

Burn fat and calories through interval training, cardio drills, resistance training, and Kickboxing. We emphasize proper kickboxing techniques and incorporate partner drills and pads work that will give you basic fighting knowledge and this intense cardio and fat burning class will help you shed pounds and increase body tone and stamina.

Reality Based Edge Weapons System. Learn Javanese and Malaysian Silat. Empty Hand, Weapons such as Belati (Knife), Kerambit, Sarong, Keris, etc.
